Byrd Park Pump House Schematic Masterplan
A beloved historic Richmond masterpiece where infrastructure and social tradition once resonated is given new life. Through extensive stakeholder engagement and public discourse the once eccentric hidden gem is elevated with a thoughtful and intentional design emphasizing the kinetic potential of the existing natural environment. Proposed modifications restore the Pump House to the grandeur of its heyday by promoting accessibility and encouraging historical and education opportunities within the building and surrounding site.

Project Area: 9200 SF.

Roles and Responsibilities: Architectural designer assisted on design in conjunction with firm leadership and direct coordination with landscape consultant.
