WillowTree’s Charlottesville Headquarters at Woolen Mills
An adaptable and comfortable workplace environment for an app developer headquartered in Charlottesville, VA. The design emphasizes innovation, the dichotomy between the interior and exterior, and focuses on flexible and creative workplace. The design facilitated an interior corporate environment with an exterior adaptive reuse and rehabilitation of the historic Woolen Mills structures; reimagining a warehouse in the woods.
Project Area: 100,000 SF.
Roles and Responsibilities: Architectural designer and project manager engaged from programming through construction administration with firm director and principal.
